What happens during our first consultation?
It's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We'll ask about your wedding vision, priorities, guest count and budget. Also answer any questions you have about our process and packages.
How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend booking as early as possible ideally 9–12 months before your wedding date, especially for full planning. That said, we understand timelines vary and are happy to discuss your specific situation.
Will you personally be at our wedding, or will it be a team member?
The founder and the co-founder both will personally lead every wedding, from our first call to our last goodbye .

What happens if a vendor cancels last minute?
This is exactly why you hire a planner. We have backup contacts and contingency plans in place, and we handle the problem-solving so you don't have to.
How many hours will you be present on the wedding day?
We're on-site from setup through the final send-off.
